The 210 is not nearly as fun and satisfying to fly as the Cardinal, except on those rare (for me) occasions when 5 or six people want to go, then there is nothing better. The 206, of course, flies the same as a Cessna 182, which flies the same as a 172, which flies the same as a 152...which flies the same as a Cessna 150...which flies about the same as any other light airplane. I hear the gear can be $$$ Bonanza S35- Best flying plane from what I hear. You can read a lot of books and/or ask a lot of questions.
